Unclear performance
You have reports, but still struggle to see what is working.
FEREX helps growing businesses identify operational bottlenecks, understand what to fix first, and put practical improvements into action.
You have reports, but still struggle to see what is working.
People, processes, and systems don't work together consistently.
More activity is adding friction instead of improving results.
You know something needs attention, but not where to start.
We start with the underlying business constraint, not a predetermined tool or solution.

Meet FEREX →We examine how work moves across your business, including sales, revenue, marketing workflows, people, processes, systems, and data. Then we turn what we find into a practical plan for better execution.
Receive a scoped recommendation and next steps before making a larger commitment.
Trace how demand moves from first contact to customer, then identify gaps in follow-up, handoffs, measurement and execution.
Clarify stages, ownership, handoffs and the information teams need to move work forward.
Document what works, build it into your tools, and make it repeatable, so growth doesn’t depend on one person, whether you’re adding reps or new teams.
Connect the tools you already pay for, automate repetitive steps, and use AI where it saves your team real time.
Explore how scalable revenue processes and AI-enabled sales workflows support operational performance.

STAGE 1 OF 7
A potential customer enters the business. We examine where demand originates, how inquiries are captured and whether the right information reaches the people responsible for follow-up.
Everything is remote. You’ll need about 20 minutes for the questionnaire and one hour for the call.
Request details and receive the booking and payment instructions before scheduling.
Share your sales process, team structure, technology stack, and revenue priorities.
Review your intake responses and assess pipeline friction, process gaps, and operational inefficiencies.
Receive a written summary of key findings and prioritized improvement opportunities.
Agreed scope: Each diagnostic defines the information required, stakeholder time, deliverables and fee before work begins.

Understand where leads, handoffs, capacity, systems, or decisions create friction.
Separate the changes that matter from the activities that simply add complexity.
Clarify responsibilities, workflows, and operating measures so improvements can stick.

I led sales operations at enterprise scale, with experience across revenue operations, fintech and payments, and SaaS.
I started Ferex to bring that same discipline to growing businesses: understand how the operation really works, identify the constraints, and focus effort on what matters most.
We first agree on the business question, scope and fee. The diagnostic then uses a focused intake, relevant stakeholder input and a review of the processes, systems and information connected to the issue. You receive documented findings and prioritized next steps based on the agreed scope. It is a paid engagement, not a complimentary consultation.
There is no one-size-fits-all fee. Pricing reflects the business problem, the complexity of the operation, the evidence and stakeholder input required, and whether the work is diagnostic, implementation or ongoing support. After understanding the request, FEREX will recommend an appropriate scope, deliverables, timing and fee for your review. No paid work begins until the scope and fee are agreed.
FEREX currently works with eligible businesses registered in the United States, subject to compliance screening. Engagements are delivered remotely.
Engagements are delivered remotely through structured discovery, video meetings and secure exchange of relevant business information. On-site services are not currently offered.
Not necessarily. We start by assessing the tools and systems you already use. Recommendations are based on the business need, data quality, workflow requirements and expected value—not on replacing technology for its own sake.
We review the information you provide to understand the business issue and determine whether it appears to fit FEREX’s services. If there is a potential fit, we will outline the recommended next step and, where appropriate, a proposed scope, deliverables and fee. An inquiry does not create an obligation to proceed.
FEREX helps identify and address operational problems that affect how a business performs. This can include sales operations, revenue processes, workflow and handoff gaps, reporting and data reliability, systems adoption, automation, and the way marketing activity connects with sales and delivery. We diagnose the underlying issue first. Where a solution requires specialist marketing execution outside our direct expertise, we can help define the need and coordinate appropriate external expertise.
FEREX is best suited to established, growing businesses with active customers, teams or recurring workflows—and enough operating activity to examine meaningfully. Fit depends on the complexity of the challenge, access to relevant information and readiness to act on the findings.
Deliverables are defined in the agreed scope. Typically, the work produces a clear summary of the issue examined, the evidence and process gaps identified, the most important constraints or risks, and a prioritized set of practical recommendations. Where useful, this can include a sequenced improvement roadmap and suggested measures to track progress.
