Business diagnostics & operational improvement

Find what’s holding your business back and what to fix first.

We examine how work moves across your business, including sales, revenue, marketing workflows, people, processes, systems, and data. Then we turn what we find into a practical plan for better execution.

Receive a scoped recommendation and next steps before making a larger commitment.

What we work on

Four ways stronger operations move business forward

Revenue and commercial performance

Make better use of the demand you already generate

Trace how demand moves from first contact to customer, then identify gaps in follow-up, handoffs, measurement and execution.

Sales process and pipeline

Make the path from first contact to delivery work better

Clarify stages, ownership, handoffs and the information teams need to move work forward.

Operational scalability

Grow your business. Not your bottlenecks.

Document what works, build it into your tools, and make it repeatable, so growth doesn’t depend on one person, whether you’re adding reps or new teams.

Practical automation and AI

Less busywork. More business.

Connect the tools you already pay for, automate repetitive steps, and use AI where it saves your team real time.

Operational impact

Business visibility. Operational efficiency.

Common business and operational challenges

  • Leads come in from several places, and nobody is sure which ones got a follow-up.
  • CRM data is incomplete, limiting forecast accuracy and confidence.
  • Inconsistent sales processes make performance difficult to measure and replicate.
  • Existing sales technology is underutilized or poorly integrated.
  • Manual reporting consumes time without delivering actionable insights.
  • You’re growing, but you can’t say which activities actually drive revenue.
Diagnostic engagement process

A structured diagnostic with clear deliverables

Everything is remote. You’ll need about 20 minutes for the questionnaire and one hour for the call.

    Confirm scope and payment

Request details and receive the booking and payment instructions before scheduling.

  2. Step 2

    Business intake questionnaire

Share your sales process, team structure, technology stack, and revenue priorities.

  3. Step 3

    Diagnostic consultation

Review your intake responses and assess pipeline friction, process gaps, and operational inefficiencies.

  4. Step 4

    Findings and recommendations

Receive a written summary of key findings and prioritized improvement opportunities.

Agreed scope: Each diagnostic defines the information required, stakeholder time, deliverables and fee before work begins.

About

Hi, I’m Dimitri.

I led sales operations at enterprise scale, with experience across revenue operations, fintech and payments, and SaaS.

I started Ferex to bring that same discipline to growing businesses: understand how the operation really works, identify the constraints, and focus effort on what matters most.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What happens during the initial diagnostic?

We first agree on the business question, scope and fee. The diagnostic then uses a focused intake, relevant stakeholder input and a review of the processes, systems and information connected to the issue. You receive documented findings and prioritized next steps based on the agreed scope. It is a paid engagement, not a complimentary consultation.

How are engagements priced?

There is no one-size-fits-all fee. Pricing reflects the business problem, the complexity of the operation, the evidence and stakeholder input required, and whether the work is diagnostic, implementation or ongoing support. After understanding the request, FEREX will recommend an appropriate scope, deliverables, timing and fee for your review. No paid work begins until the scope and fee are agreed.

Do you work with businesses outside the US?

FEREX currently works with eligible businesses registered in the United States, subject to compliance screening. Engagements are delivered remotely.

Do you work on site?

Engagements are delivered remotely through structured discovery, video meetings and secure exchange of relevant business information. On-site services are not currently offered.

Will we need to replace our existing technology?

Not necessarily. We start by assessing the tools and systems you already use. Recommendations are based on the business need, data quality, workflow requirements and expected value—not on replacing technology for its own sake.

What happens after I submit an inquiry?

We review the information you provide to understand the business issue and determine whether it appears to fit FEREX’s services. If there is a potential fit, we will outline the recommended next step and, where appropriate, a proposed scope, deliverables and fee. An inquiry does not create an obligation to proceed.

What types of business problems does FEREX help solve?

FEREX helps identify and address operational problems that affect how a business performs. This can include sales operations, revenue processes, workflow and handoff gaps, reporting and data reliability, systems adoption, automation, and the way marketing activity connects with sales and delivery. We diagnose the underlying issue first. Where a solution requires specialist marketing execution outside our direct expertise, we can help define the need and coordinate appropriate external expertise.

What size businesses do you typically work with?

FEREX is best suited to established, growing businesses with active customers, teams or recurring workflows—and enough operating activity to examine meaningfully. Fit depends on the complexity of the challenge, access to relevant information and readiness to act on the findings.

What do we receive from an initial diagnostic?

Deliverables are defined in the agreed scope. Typically, the work produces a clear summary of the issue examined, the evidence and process gaps identified, the most important constraints or risks, and a prioritized set of practical recommendations. Where useful, this can include a sequenced improvement roadmap and suggested measures to track progress.
