We first agree on the business question, scope and fee. The diagnostic then uses a focused intake, relevant stakeholder input and a review of the processes, systems and information connected to the issue. You receive documented findings and prioritized next steps based on the agreed scope. It is a paid engagement, not a complimentary consultation.
There is no one-size-fits-all fee. Pricing reflects the business problem, the complexity of the operation, the evidence and stakeholder input required, and whether the work is diagnostic, implementation or ongoing support. After understanding the request, FEREX will recommend an appropriate scope, deliverables, timing and fee for your review. No paid work begins until the scope and fee are agreed.
FEREX currently works with eligible businesses registered in the United States, subject to compliance screening. Engagements are delivered remotely.
Engagements are delivered remotely through structured discovery, video meetings and secure exchange of relevant business information. On-site services are not currently offered.
Not necessarily. We start by assessing the tools and systems you already use. Recommendations are based on the business need, data quality, workflow requirements and expected value—not on replacing technology for its own sake.
We review the information you provide to understand the business issue and determine whether it appears to fit FEREX’s services. If there is a potential fit, we will outline the recommended next step and, where appropriate, a proposed scope, deliverables and fee. An inquiry does not create an obligation to proceed.
FEREX helps identify and address operational problems that affect how a business performs. This can include sales operations, revenue processes, workflow and handoff gaps, reporting and data reliability, systems adoption, automation, and the way marketing activity connects with sales and delivery. We diagnose the underlying issue first. Where a solution requires specialist marketing execution outside our direct expertise, we can help define the need and coordinate appropriate external expertise.
FEREX is best suited to established, growing businesses with active customers, teams or recurring workflows—and enough operating activity to examine meaningfully. Fit depends on the complexity of the challenge, access to relevant information and readiness to act on the findings.
Deliverables are defined in the agreed scope. Typically, the work produces a clear summary of the issue examined, the evidence and process gaps identified, the most important constraints or risks, and a prioritized set of practical recommendations. Where useful, this can include a sequenced improvement roadmap and suggested measures to track progress.
