Information collected

When you voluntarily submit an inquiry, we collect your name, business email, company, optional role and message, questionnaire selections, and the preliminary recommendation. We also record submission time and a technical identifier to associate questionnaire events with a submitted inquiry. We do not ask for confidential financial records or sensitive personal information.

How information is used

We use submitted information to review and respond to business inquiries, evaluate whether our services are appropriate, and analyze aggregated inquiry and conversion trends. Marketing updates are optional and separate from an inquiry.

Questionnaire analytics

We measure questionnaire starts, steps, completion, and submissions using a short-lived session identifier and answer categories. Contact information and free-text responses are not included in questionnaire analytics events. We do not intentionally use advertising pixels in the Solution Finder.

Service providers

The planned website uses Cloudflare for hosting and anti-abuse verification, and Google Workspace and Google Sheets for inquiry delivery and lead records. These providers may process information to deliver their services, subject to their applicable terms.

Access, security, and retention

Access to lead records should be limited to authorized FEREX personnel. We use transport encryption and access controls. No system can guarantee absolute security. We intend to review unsuccessful inquiries for deletion after 12 months unless a longer period is needed for legitimate business or legal purposes. Actual retention settings must be verified before publication.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your inquiry by contacting hello@ferexhq.com, subject to applicable exceptions. You can use the Solution Finder and view a preliminary recommendation without submitting contact information. You may unsubscribe from optional marketing messages.

We may update this policy as our operations change. Effective date to be inserted after legal and operational review.
